Upon full payment for custom development work, you will own the rights to the final deliverables, excluding any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies developed by VIBE.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the remainder due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

Late payments may result in suspension of services but will not incur additional fees. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Limitation of Liability

VIBE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In any case, our total liability for any claim you might have, stemming from these terms or our services, will never exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific service that caused the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
